(30) Contact Centre Agent

Job description
– Troubleshoot with the customer network problems, windows problems, router configurations, IP-TV problems, I-phone and blackberry software issues and inquiries.
– Use applications to analyze the case.
– Covering billing dept.
– Be the link between the customer and various departments.
– Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of available tools.
– Educate the customers about new or additional services and educate the customer how to use it in best way.
– Knowledgeable of customer needs and how to satiate it.
– Handling billing complains and inquiries.
– Cross selling to the customer according to his usage for the different services.

Background experience: Internet troubleshooting background or IT background (if there is any ISP experience);Call center experience. (Preferable).
Sex: Indifferent
       English: Fluent
      Arabic: Good
1- Very good communication skills. – English + Arabic (mandatory)
2- Very good customer service skills. (mandatory)
3- Good English accent. (mandatory)
4- Internet troubleshooting background or IT background (if there is any ISP experience). (mandatory)
5- Call center experience. (Preferable)
6- I-phone and blackberry experience. (Preferable)
7- VIP customer service experience. (Preferable)
8- No Specific diploma required.

Joining date: 01/06/2015
Contract: CDI
Salary: 4 200 to 4 800 AED /month
